Lisette is an experienced and successful expert software quality Leader with a degree in computer engineering. She worked for fortune 500 and renowned companies such as Apple, Nortel, Yahoo and The American Heart Association in the United States of America.

Lisette is a proven leader, an active and dedicated member in various professional organizations such as SWE, NSBE, WIT and non-profit organizations where she holds numerous leadership roles on the board of directors of these diverse organizations.
All the successful of working for big corporations and holding leadership positions in various organizations ultimately lead Lisette to founding her own nonprofit Zsquare4theCure. Zsquare4teCure gave Lisette a platform where she finally could work on a cause dear and special to her heart.

Zsquare4theCure is dedicated to tackle and fight Breast Cancer in four countries in West Africa. Breast cancer is a personal issue to Lisette, as her mother is a breast cancer’s survivor. Her mother being a breast cancer survivor made breast cancer a cause close to home and dear to her heart.

Lisette since 2012 invested funds and time, raised money and successfully held several breast cancer awareness campaigns and activities in Benin Togo, Ghana and Cote d’Ivoire where 100,000 women and young girls benefited from informative and education about breast cancer.

She believes that by empowering and educating women in rural communities in Africa, we can help reduce the rate of women dying from breast cancer and by extension solve many other issues in Africa. As goes the popular saying when you educate a woman, you educate a village.

Now Lisette is taking on some exciting new ventures: Zsquare Solutions Inc. and Zsquare Adventures; Lisette is the Founder, Principal QA, Agile Consultant and Scrum Coach at Zsquare Solutions Inc.

She is also the co -founder of Zsquare Adventures, a travel experience initiative that is offering African’s experiences (cultures, food, etc.) to friend of AFRICA, from all over the world in quests of new adventures with purpose and impact.
